I am way too familiar with that…

I am ARK Mommy and I am a healthy, working mom that is passionate about juicing, a plant-based diet, a green lifestyle, children’s health and education, and empowering moms to live a healthy life. I made a commitment a year ago to permanently change my family’s diet and lifestyle because we were heading to the path of obesity, diabetes, and other sicknesses. I wanted better for my family, especially for my 5 year old who deserves the gift of good health and nutrition. 

In less than a year, my family and I transformed our lives through juicing and a healthy lifestyle. We went from following a diet high in sugar, carbs, meat and dairy to a juicing and healthy plant-based diet. Even my 5-year-old follows this lifestyle and he loves it. Little did we know that a change in diet would have significant and positive effects in all areas of our lives.

We want to encourage all the moms out there to commit to their family’s health because true happiness and success starts there.

I educate and encourage moms through my blog and social media platforms how to start their healthy journey with their children involved. Check out my blog and follow me on social medial for tips on juicing, a healthy lifestyle, yoga/UFC work outs, educational activities for the kids, parenting, and MUCH MORE.
