When we think of beets we automatically run away from it because of the earthy taste that it has. I used to hate beets when I was little so the thought of drinking a beets juice was far gone for me. BUT when I discovered juicing I didn’t realize that certain fruits mixed with vegetables like beets helped diminish the earthy taste. Fruits like lemon, oranges, apples or ginger give these vegetable juices a sweet taste so it’s easier to drink them, especially for the kids.
In this video, my 4 year old and I show you how to make a beets juice that is very healthy but delicious at the same time. Our family drinks beets juice 2-3 times a week.
