Well…I can relate to those feelings and that’s why in January of 2016 I decided to make a change for my family by changing our nutrition to a plant based diet and making lifestyle changes. My 6 year old son loves vegetables, is physically active, and is a very healthy kid living a healthy life. As a mom myself, I know seeing our kids healthy and happy brings us so much satisfaction because a healthy life would lead them to an amazing future.
