It’s October which means cold and flu season is here!
My family and I boost our immune system during this time with a juice and lemon tea that has all of the nutrients and vitamins we need to prevent colds.
Help your kids stay away from colds and flu by providing them all natural juices and teas that increase their vitamin c and d3 intake during the cold weather. It’s better to be preventive the natural way than with medication that has lots of side affects.
These are our favorite juice and tea recipe during this time!
1 small pineapple
2 inches of ginger
Sprinkle turmeric (at least 1/4 of tsp)
1 cup of water
2 sliced lemons
1 piece of garlic cut in piece
2-3 inches of ginger cut in small pieces
3 cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp of turmeric
